Welcome to Aeranking. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aeranking platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.

Description of Service

Aeranking is an AI Brand Visibility, Monitoring & Content Intelligence Platform that helps brands track and improve their representation in AI-generated answers. Our Service includes:

• Brand visibility monitoring across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking
• AI response tracking and sentiment analysis
• Content intelligence and optimization recommendations
• Analytics dashboards and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription
• Your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to compete with Aeranking

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

Data & Privacy

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

We do not guarantee that AI visibility metrics or recommendations will result in specific outcomes for your brand.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERANKING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
